Responsibility
Key Responsibilities,

•Responsible for all office work such as issuing purchasing orders, filling system, all Correspondences between the companies, payment orders and all kind of invoices with full details. Etc..
•Translating minutes of meetings , letters and Technical reports.
•Manage telephone, fax, and e- mail.
•Handling the phone calls and meetings schedule.
•Reporting to the Head of Departments with all required issues in a proper way.


Requirements
•Minimum 3-5 years of Experience.
•Strong and adaptable in character and to posses excellent leadership qualities.
•Excellent computer skills (MS office – E-mails).
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Fluency in English.
•Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
